He believes in the power of continuous learning and in 2019 completed the following 2 courses from the prestigious Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania – Business Analytics: From Data to Insights and Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program: Scaling your Business. He is also a Certified Mortgage Professional and Financial Advisor from the Chartered Insurance Institute in UK and has been a member of the Society of Finance Advisors in UK.
Pramod is passionate about using Technology to provide innovative, effective and value added solutions that enable Entrepreneurs in scaling up their operations. In particular, Pramod enjoys mentoring fast growing entrepreneurial businesses, especially in the technology sector and has worked with a significant number of start-ups and incubators in UAE and GCC. He believes in building long term mutually beneficial relationships and operates with a win-win mindset.
Pramod has over 25 years of international experience in Business Advisory Practices, Entrepreneurial Businesses, Multinational Companies (MNCs) and FTSE100 companies. He uses the breadth of experience gained at varied organizations and industries to successfully assist clients in setting up the right processes, KPIs and dashboards that helps Entrepreneurs gain clarity in managing their business. Within operations, he has helped clients achieve significant savings by streamlining Management Information Systems (MIS) and operations. During his career he has successfully delivered major projects in UK, Spain, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, South Africa, India and smaller projects in other GCC countries.
Pramod was recognized as “Finance Director of the Year” finalist for his positive contribution to his employer at the Fast Growth Business Awards organized by Crimson Publishing in UK. During his career, he has been interviewed and quoted in various business publications in UK and UAE on a broad range of topics including debt financing, receivables recovery and measures to take based on the outlook of economy.
Pramod has also conducted seminars relating to important corporate trends. He has been a key speaker for various summits, conferences and talks. His topics include grooming businesses for maximum valuation, VAT in UAE and current trends that impact organizations.
Pramod is solution orientated and maintains a positive, open-minded approach in his professional and personal life. He is married and is a father to 3 children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, tennis and movies.
Rachna is the Chief Happiness Officer at IFC and engages with our team to motivate and inspire them to look for ways to grow personally and professionally. She maintains happiness within our team as she believes that to be successful in life one has to be happy at the core level.
Rachna’s passion is to connect with people and to spread positivity. She loves to help, guide and encourage people to have a positive outlook on life. Her mantra is “Believe in the power of Positivity.”
She loves to engage with clients to ensure that service levels are being met by IFC. Rachna constantly talks to staff on a personal and group level to ensure that healthy communication is maintained with all our stakeholders.
Previously, Rachna has worked 20 years with Barclays in various roles across UK. She was actively involved in training staff to focus on delivering excellent Customer Service. She further received much recognition during her banking career for being able to satisfy all customers especially the disgruntled ones. Rachna has also worked within Sales in the Retail sector where she was consistently recognized for exceeding her targets in the most ethical manner.
Rachna is extremely passionate about promoting good health using natural home remedies or Homeopathy and shares many health benefits with staff and colleagues so that they are enabled to lead a happy & healthy life as she believes anyone can heal their life from within.
In her leisure time, Rachna loves to create unique inspirational quotes and loves to experiment with fusion food and photography.
